He's starting to get ready for his big debut, tipping the scales at almost four pounds and topping out at just about 19 inches.  In these past few weeks, it's all about practice, practice, practice as he hones the skills he'll need to thrive outside the womb -- from swallowing and breathing to kicking and sucking.

Speaking of sucking, Jordan has been able to suck his thumb for a while now (as he was in his last ultrasound :) Something else to note: As more and more fat accumulates under Jordan's skin, he's becoming less and less transparent and more opaque.

Mommy:  Well she is intensely prepping for delivery day with all of these flexing muscles -- literally!!  My uterus is bunching and harding quite frequently to practice contractions (aka Braxton Hicks).  I tell you this baby will be out in no time.  Jaiden had an 8 hour delivery and OB states Jordan will come quite a bit faster!  So all of these symptoms I am experiencing with Jaiden they say: "typically experienced earlier and with more intensity in women who've been pregnant before"  OH BOY!
