Welcome to Dallas weather...hot, cold, warm, cool - flip flops one day and then boots the next lol! I am definitely thankful for the iPhone weather app. with all of these transitions and our balcony so I can predict the dress code for the day! Today, however, was a gorgeous day - mid 70's so it called for a perfect play date!! Off to the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden to meet Ms. Laurel and little Miss Eleanor. These two just connect like best buddies :-) They are both so full of energy and SO busy!! What better then to take them to a 66-acre facility and let them run wild = perfect match!! A series of gardens and fountains with a view of the lake and the downtown Dallas skyline.

Run and play day :-)
Free run for the kiddos, lol, except for where they are taking the pumpkin venue down...wouldn't you know Jaiden ran right under the chain to go play in the area blocked off for construction! At the same time, we found Eleanor venturing off into the off grounds garden that was currently out of season LOL Hey, but we all had a blast - the kiddos ran out some good energy to find themselves dreaming deep into nap time following and us moms got a lovely social hour in!

We have yet to come on the weekend and visit Santa with his live reindeer, Frosty and Rudolf! Let's hope for some decent weather this weekend (when it is actually suppose to drop back into the 30's :-/) so we can make it to the Christmas festivities!!
